Awarded best poster

Amresh Sharma participated in the India - EMBO Symposium : Human microbiome: Resistance and disease held at NIBMG, Kalyani from 9^th-12^th November 2019. His poster entitled "Helicobacter pylori and pandemic spread in human" was awarded the best poster at the event. 

New preprint

A new research article "RNA-Seq analysis reveals pluripotency-associated genes and their interaction networks in human embryonic stem cells" from the ongoing DBT funded project is now available on the pre-print server bioRxiv.

Best poster awarded

Dr. Anup Som attended and presented a poster entitled "Omics Era, Big Data And Bioinformatics" at the 3^rd Workshop on Machine Learning & Data Analytics held at IIIT-Allahabad, Prayagraj from 25^th-31^st May 2019 and was awarded the best poster.

Research grant

A new project "Understanding and influencing pluripotency & reprogramming: a network biology approach" has been sanctioned by the Department of Biotechnology, Government of India for 3 years.
